BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT") WHICH SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS OF USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY SOLOWOMAN, LLC. IN REFERENCE TO THIS SITE INCLUDING MOBILE APPLICATIONS. THE TERMS OF SERVICE INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT LIMITS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A DISPUTE HEARD IN COURT.

​Solowoman website (The “Site”) owned and operated by Solo Woman Communications, LLC. this (TERMS OF SERVICE  AGREEMENT) governs your use of the site and you agree that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the complete terms of use with the knowledge that from time to time and at our discretion these terms of service may be changed with or without notice to you. It is your sole responsibility to read in its entirety any updates and changes to our policy which are posted so that you remain in compliance with use of the site. If you are not in agreement with these Terms of Service you do not have permission to use the site for any purpose or any of its services that we now offer or may offer at a later date. The agreement is effective as of July 11, 2022 and/or on the first day of use by new users of this site.

​DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The site offers a digital magazine. By choosing to use our services in any way which includes looking, browsing, purchasing items from/on the site you are bound by the terms of service and any and all additional policies that are set forth in this agreement.

​ELIGIBILITY OF USE REQUIREMENTS

Solowoman may at our sole discretion and at any time deny the use of our service to any person or entity unless prohibited by law.

AGE

In order to use our service you are required to be at least 18 years of age unless under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at least 18 years of age where in such case that person is considered the actual user and are therefore responsible for any and all activities.

​ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMPLIANCE

Solowoman grants you a limited license on the site. With this license you are to avoid uploading, posting or using another person’s intellectual property or identity for personal use or use by another person or entity. You agree to provide true, accurate and legal information about yourself for any and all use on the site. By accessing the site for any and all purposes you agree to be bound by any applicable laws and policies in the jurisdiction from where you are accessing the site concerning your conduct and activity on the site including payment of applicable taxes.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SOLOWOMAN, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PERSONAL LIABILITIES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE, CONTENT OR ANY OTHER RELATED SERVICES.

ARBITRATION

PLEASE READ THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE A USER OF SOLOWOMAN SERVICE, SITE, OR PRODUCTS SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED BY OR THROUGH SOLOWOMAN. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ARE IN AGREEMENT THAT ANY FUTURE CLAIM THAT YOU MAKE WILL BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR DISPUTE HEARD IN COURT AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR JOIN CLASS ACTION CLAIMS AND WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO SEEK RELIEF INCLUDING, MONETARY, DECLARATORY OR INJUNCTIVE CLAIMS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT DISCOVERY AND APPEAL RIGHTS ARE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION. IF YOU ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO USE THE SERVICE.

​This stands to be a written agreement that any disputes between Solowoman, LLC and users of this site shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act and can only be changed or amended by mutual agreement.

​It is our belief that arbitration is a more effective way to settle a disagreement with you and is more cost effective and less time consuming for all parties involved. Therefore, if you have any disputes with us or us with you concerning your (1) purchase or other transactions (2) information gathered from you (3) use of service you will not have the right to pursue a claim in court or have a jury decide the claim and you will not have the right to bring or participate in any class action or similar proceedings in court or arbitration.

​We will do our very best to try and resolve any complaints, disputes and disagreements. If we fail in our efforts to satisfy or resolve any complaints, disputes or disagreements you hold against Solowoman and any claim that Solowoman may have against you stemming from, in relationship to or concerning our terms of use, privacy policy or transactions, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration. 

​LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You agree to uphold all domestic laws, regulations and ordinances regarding use of this site.
